ok im abit annoyed because the good ol' guys atquantas broke my laptop but anyway...
 
 
the ral thing is i have style builder and its alright but really all you can do is add lines and change thing so i was wondering what applications do YOU use to make xp themes (doesnt include windowblinds)
 
because its kinda hard to use style builder
