I've got one, iPod Touch second generation Jailbroken.
 
It was OS 3.0 (legal copy) but it bricked on me, so I had to go back to 2.2.1 using Quickfreedom. Still waiting for Apple to reply about that...

Does anyone know if  the  new itouch (summer 2009) will have bluetooth?, seeing as it has a camera and mic why not bluetooth?

 iTouch? iTouch? God you make me sick. IT IS NOT AN ITOUCH! It is an IPHONE or an IPOD TOUCH.

Anyway, both of them already have bluetooth - I thought you would know that since you've jailbroken Anyway, OS 3.0 unlocks the bluetooth on both iPhone and iPod Touch - I know that from use, plus Apple says so.

(sorry) iPod Touch (and yes the lettering and caseing is correct) bluetooth is unlocked in os 3.0, but i read that the bluetooth is so weak that it is only 1-2 meters ? is this true (source , cant be bothered to look on google for hours)
 
what i meant by bluetooth is un jailbroken acess to bluetooth to
 
NEW THOUGHT THREAD  : is it me or does a j/b iPod Touch's battery get drained quicker than a clean iPod Touch
 
EDIT there should be a trail of custon CRXP boot logos and recovery logos now the new vertion of quick fredom is out, any one agree?

Yes there is clean access with the OS, not just jailbroken.

I tested it on the beta and it was pretty strong when connecting to my phone, though there was a bug where it would only work once after each reboot.

The battery is drained slightly faster, depends what you're doing. There are a lot more things going on in a jailbroken one if you're running through settings or SBsettings or Bossprefs, or if you have bluetooth and wifi and openssh on. However using normal apps, or just listening to music there isn't a difference.

There shouldn't be custom CXP boot and recovery logos, not official ones anyway - jailbreaking though not illegal wouldn't be officially supported or provided for by this site - they're very clean

the battery better not be Samsung, their batteries are really dodgy and i agree with ghost anyway apple are trying to obliterate the jailbreak so they updated all the harware a little

Thats not true. SBSettings (don't know about Bossprefs [it sucks, anyway ]) does not drain battery when not active.
The main reason why jailbreaking seems to drain battery quicker, is that you use your iPhone/iPod Touch more. Especially the GB(A) emulators drain the crap out of your battery
And OpenSSH does not drain battery significantly either (maybe 0.001% shorter battery life)..

i find wifi can for me too (i background apps) and all the more intensive stuff, how to you make an installer repo for installer 4.0 that works?

And OS 3.0 is already jailbroken - though not released yet since Apple would download it and then patch it I miss using the cut copy and paste and the search page on my iPod...

i saw in icy(cydia alternative by RiPDev) thet there was a copy ans paste function  
try searching 4 it "copy and paste"

I've tried the copy and paste functions for the 2.2.1 as made by people,  but they just don't compare to the experience with Apple's 3.0 cut copy and paste

My cousin has one but doesn't use it on here. I'm not sure which he has but he sure loves to play the fishing game. I'm saving up my money to buy one because the motion sensors in them are sick (I like to say sick ) and the fact that they're touch screens gives me shivers down my spines (good ones).

Ok. But it's kinds a revival post, anyways
